Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical contact element and a method for manufacturing the electrical contact element.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an electrical contact element which can be brought into electrical contact by a joining contact includes: a step of manufacturing a wire from a first electrically conductive material 112; a step of coating a surface of the wire with a sheath 114 made of a second electrically conductive material; a step of partially removing the sheath 114 along a direction of a longitudinal wire axis 118; a step of forming at least one cylindrical semi-finished product 110 by dividing the wire in a horizontal direction to the longitudinal wire axis; a step of fixing the semi-finished product on a contact board 104 so as to allow the second electrically conductive material to be connected to the contact board; and a step of reforming the semi-finished product welded to form the contact element. A contact region 106 which can be approached to the joining contact is formed of the first electrically conductive material.
