Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce an electrical contact material maintaining wear resistance and excellent in corrosion resistance.
CONSTITUTION: A pure Ag layer having 0.01-0.5μm thickness is formed on the surface of an Ag alloy by electroplating or substitution plating and an org. coating film is formed on the pure Ag layer by immersing the Ag alloy in a soln. contg. an aliphatic amine and/or mercaptan to produce the objective electrical contact material.
