Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control device that is able to improve response to deceleration while maintaining accuracy in stopping a rotor at a target position.SOLUTION: This electronic control device comprises: a motor having a rotor that rotates by electrically conducting a plurality of electrical conduction phases; an encoder that outputs a pulse-like encoder signal in synchronization with the rotation of the rotor; a control section that controls on and off of electrical conduction to the electrical conduction phase on the basis of a change in encoder signal; and a speed range determination section that determines which speed range among an acceleration range, a constant speed range, and a deceleration range, rotation of the rotor falls in. If the rotor is in the deceleration range, the control section exerts control such that a phase relating to off-timing of electrical conduction to the electrical conduction phase is delayed with respect to a change point of an encoder signal, and thereby force acts in a direction opposite the rotating direction of the rotor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
