To provide an electrical decoration device having a wind power generation device of simple structure capable of converting a provided torsional vibration energy into an electric energy by effectively utilizing weak wind from any direction and preventing a wind receiving vane from being damaged or ruptured by a strong wind when the wind receiving vane receives the force of the strong wind exceeding the wind force resistance.
This electrical decoration device comprises a power generating unit 2 formed of the wind receiving vane 11 formed long in cross-sectionally V-shape or circular arc-shape perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and generating torsional vibration when its recessed surface side receives a wind force with its longitudinal one end held and its other end released and a power generation plate 21 having a piezoelectric and a light emitting body 14. The illumination device further comprises a wind receiving vane protective mechanism having a magnetic pedestal member supporting the power generation plate, a permanent magnet attracting the pedestal member installed on a base by a magnetic force, and a hinge-like member installed on the pedestal member so that the pedestal member can be attached to and detached from the permanent magnet.
