Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bendable electric device capable of performing high-efficiency power generation.SOLUTION: In an electric device 5, recesses and projections 2, 3 for expanding a surface area are formed both or one of front and rear surfaces of a device base material 1, and a carbonaceous material coat 4 typified by a DLC film is deposited on recessed and projecting surfaces. The device base material comprises a flexible material that can be bended. A metal film is provided on the recessed and projecting surfaces of the device base material, and the carbonaceous material coat is deposited on a surface of the metal film. The device base material has conductivity or has not conductivity. The DLC film has a multilayered structure. The multilayer comprises films made of different DLC material gas or same DLC material gas. The DLC film has a resistivity of 10-10Ω cm and a film thickness of 0.1-5 μm.
