PURPOSE: To remove tooth dust in a different place safely, easily, and speedily and carry out massage for the gingiva by installing a rotary shaft in the direction different from the shaft direction in interlocking with a motor revolution shaft and installing and using a round spherical rotary brush.

CONSTITUTION: A rotary shaft 6 in the different direction from the shaft direction is installed on a motor revolution shaft 3 through the interlocking with an opposed bevel gear 2, screw steel wire and a universal joint, and a spherical revolution brush and a round rod sliced type rotary brush are installed at the shaft top. Dust between teeth is scraped and polishing is carried out by the lateral circumferential revolution, and the dust between tooth and gingiva is scraped and polishing is carried out by the normal flat surface round revolution. On the other hand, a hand-operated tooth brush scrapes dust between teeth through the vertical polishing, and the dust between teeth and gingiva is scraped out through the lateral polishing, and polishing can be carrird out safely, easily and speedily, and the gingiva can be massaged.
