Abstract:
To provide an electrical insulating heat conductive sheet with high productivity, and excellent mechanical characteristics such as heat conductivity, toughness, and elasticity.
The electrical insulating heat conductive sheet includes a plurality of ceramic crystalline bodies extending from downward to upward and separating from each other, and a polymer body having rubber elasticity and filled in a clearance of the ceramic crystalline bodies. The electrical insulating heat conductive sheet is configured by exposing an upper part and a lower part of the ceramic crystalline body outward.
