Abstract:
PURPOSE: To offer an electrical insulating planer mateial, in which the insulating properties of an electrical insulating material obtd. by forming a ceramic thin film on a stainless steel sheet by dry coating is maintainable, and being extremely small in film defects and parts having electrical defects.
CONSTITUTION: Before the formation of an insulating film, as a base layer, a metallic thin film is formed more thickly than that of the Rmax of a stainless substrate to bury defects on the surface of the substrate, on which an insulating film is formed, so that influence exerted on the insulating film is substantially eliminated to remarkably improve its electrical insulating properties.
