To provide a method for easily and stably removing an electrical insulation coat by a laser even when a light path of the laser extends, and to provide a removal device using the method.
A laser 11 radiated from a laser radiation part 10 hits substantially upper half of an insulation coat 22. Then, the laser 11 locally heats the insulation coat 22 thereby removing substantially the upper half of the insulation coat 22. Next, the laser 11 which does not hit an insulation coated conducting wire 20 is reflected by a reflection surface 31. The laser 12 reflected by the reflection surface 31 hits substantially lower half of the insulation coat 22. The laser 12 locally heats the insulation coat 22 thereby removing substantially the lower half of the insulation coat 22.
