An electrical load control device 100 drives a motor 128 by connecting the output side of an inverter 120 in which a high-voltage power storage device 112 is connected with the input side with a motor 128 through an output side power line 126 to control a switching element of the inverter 120. On at least a part of the output side power line 126 connecting the inverter 120 with the motor 128, there is provided a noise elimination filter 214a constructed by winding a bendable sheet member 10 formed from magnetic material, forming a gap 15 between sheets with the output side power line 126 as an axis.
