Abstract:
To provide an electrical machine having a simple structure of connection between a lead wire and a coil wire, and an electrical machine manufacturing method.SOLUTION: An electrical machine includes: a coil configured by winding an aluminum coil wire covered with an insulator around an iron core; a lead wire; and a bonding part that connects part of the coil with the lead wire. Bonding between the lead wire and the coil wire is performed using a method not drawing the coil wire. For the bonding, the insulator's part at the coil's bonding part is peeled and an end of the lead wire is made to come into contact with the bonding part whose insulation is peeled by applying predetermined pressure. In this state, heat bonding is performed. Molten material generated at the time of the bonding is removed using air. After the bonding, the bonding part and the end of the lead wire are insulated using an insulator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
