To provide an electrical outlet current-carrying control device that prevents fire or the like by automatically electrically shutting off current carrying to an electrical apparatus and also to prevent secondary accidents by maintaining the shutting off condition in restoring the power.

An electrical outlet current-carrying control device 20 is composed by storing such parts in a case as a plug conductive blade pair P to be connected to an electrical outlet 2 of a commercial a.c. power source 1, an output electric outlet C, a relay switch RA interlaid between the conductive blade pair P and the output electric outlet C, a setting switch S1, a rocking sensor switch S2, a control circuit 11 for controlling the relay switch RA through each of input signals i1, i2 produced by the closing of the setting switch S1 and the operation of the rocking switch S2, and a power circuit 9. Manual closing of the setting switch S1 causes the relay switch RA to close and then effects a current-carrying condition between the conductive blade pair P and the output electric outlet C. Thereafter, when the rocking sensor switch S2 is actuated by rocking, the relay switch RA is opened and thus the current carrying to the output electric outlet C is shut off. After that, current is not carried to the output electrical outlet C, even if the commercial a.c. power is carried to the conductive blade pair P as long as the setting switch S1 is not closed again manually.
