Title:
ELECTRICAL STEEL SHEET WITH INORGANIC INSULATING FILM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2012132050
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To provide an electrical steel sheet with an inorganic insulating film which contains no chromium compound, and prevents degradation of corrosion resistance and water resistance without any degradation of the environment, and is excellent in powdering resistance, flaw resistance, sticking resistance, Tig weldability, and blanking property, and also excellent in uniformity of the film appearance after the stress relieving annealing.
The inorganic film containing, by a ratio to a total solid content mass of the inorganic film, 15-75% by mass of a Zr compound in terms of ZrO2, and 25-85% by mass of a Si compound including sheet silica in terms of SiO2, is formed on the surface of an electrical steel sheet.
