PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for simplifying an electrical unit having a waterproof structure in a saddle-riding type vehicle in which an arrangement space is limited.SOLUTION: In an electrical unit 40 of a motor cycle 10, a vehicle body harness 42, which comprises the other coupler 52 connected to one coupler 51, and a cover 48 made of an elastic member and covering the periphery of the other coupler 52, is connected to an electrical component 47 comprising the one coupler 51. The cover 48 comprises a harness outlet 85 which is positioned at a far side from the electrical component 47 and through which the vehicle body harness 42 passes. An opening 94 of a body case 61 opens downward, and the electrical component 47 is supported so that a connection port 51c of the one coupler 51 connected to the other coupler 52 is directed downward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
