To stably achieve a required electric resistance and low hardness although at least two kinds of rubbers with different solubility parameters are used by incorporating a specified amt. of chloroprene rubber in at least two kinds of rubbers with different solubility parameters.

This electrically-conductive foamed roller is pref. constituted of a shape of an electrically-conductive foamed tube 1 and it is used by inserting outward an electrically-conductive shaft 2. As rubber materials used for this electricallyconductive foamed roller, at least two kinds of rubbers with different SP values except chloroprene among rubbers with the SP values within the range of 7.3-10.3 are used. The difference of the SP values is pref. 0.1-2.4 and more pref. 0.1-2.0. When a hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNBR), an acrylonitrile- butadiene copolymer rubber (NBR) and an ethylene-propylene-diene copolymer rubber (EPDM) are used in parallel, the content of a chloroprene rubber to a rubber material consisting of the combination of these is 3-55wt.%, pref. 5-50wt.%.
