Abstract:

To provide an electrically conductive reflection reducing material excellent in electrically conductive antireflection function, a method for producing the material and its use.

The electrically conductive reflection reducing material is obtained by successively stacking at least [1] one or more reflection reducing layers (B) and [2] an electrically conductive layer (C) having a controlled thickness on one face or both faces of a transparent substrate (A) directly or by way of one or more layers. The thickness of the reflection reducing layers (B) is previously adjusted so as to produce the highest reflection reducing effect to light of 500-650 nm wavelength after the stacking of the electrically conductive layer.
