When torque from an electric motor is so constituted as to be transmitted to a rotary cutter 27 by way of an epicyle reduction mechanism where a sector gear 27b is formed between a stationary blade 26 and the outer circumference, torque is transmitted by way of a plurality of gear trains 31 and 31 rotatably disposed to a stationary part as a torque transmitting means from a driving gear 25 disposed at the final stage of the epicycle reduction mechanism to the rotary cutter 27.
