PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress that the linear motion of an outer ring member is hindered due to the diameter expansion of the outer ring member by elastic deformation.SOLUTION: An outer ring member 21 which can move in an axial direction is assembled into a housing 20, and a rotating shaft 34 which is rotationally driven by an electric motor is arranged on an axial core of the outer ring member 21. A planetary roller 49 is rotatably supported by a carrier 40 which is rotatably supported with the rotating shaft 34 as a center. A circumferential groove 52 which is engaged with a spiral protrusion 51 formed at an inside diameter face of the outer ring 21 is formed at an outside diameter face of the planetary roller 49, the planetary roller 49 is made to revolve and rotate by the rotation of the rotating shaft 34 while friction-contacting with the rotating shaft 34, and the outer ring member 21 is linearly moved in an axial direction. A slide guide clearance of a region corresponding to at least the planetary roller 49 is increased in capacity within a range of an axial direction length of the slide guide clearance which is formed between an inside diameter face of a cylinder chamber 20a and an outside diameter face of the outer ring member 21, and made to serve as a clearance-fit part g1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
