Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a twisted brush/shunt circuit which can be easily connected to terminals of a stator assembly body, its connection method, and an electric motor which has this shunt circuit inside. CONSTITUTION: This brush/shunt circuit assembly body for the electric motor has a twisted wire shunt circuit 36. An end part 260 of the shunt circuit 36 is coupled with a slotted terminal 44 by fusion, etc., so that it can easily be inserted into the slotted terminal fitted to a stator core 30. For reducing resistance against insertion, lubricating oil may be used.
