Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a reduction in a number of member parts by installing a drive unit onto the side frame and in a number of assembling processes by fixing at once the lifting arms, side and rear frames.
SOLUTION: An outside frame 4 consists of a pair of right/left side frames 24 and a pair of front/rear frames in a nearly U-shape, if viewed from the top, which are coupled with the former frames at the front/rear ends. A drive unit 3 is to be installed between the insides of the side frames 24. Lifting arms 27 are to be installed at the coupling section of a rear frame 25 in a free turning around the horizontal axial core Y. Fixers 28 to fix altogether at once the side frames 24 and the rear frame 25 are to be installed, which are in a coupled state with each other, when the fixers became vertical to the side frames 24. The lifting arms 27 are to be notched at the bottom to stop from the top the swinging arms 12 of a linkage 2. Further, stopper members 47 are to be installed on the lifting arms 27 to stop their upward movement against the swinging arms 12 by stopping them from the back-and-forth direction, when the lifting arms 27 and the swinging arms 12 are both in a stopped state.
