To constitute a refrigerating cycle by a single electrically operated valve by cutting off a fluid flow from a single fluid passage hole to other plurality of fluid passage holes, by detaching valve elements from valve seats, and by letting the fluid flow from the single fluid passage hole to other single or a plurality of fluid passage holes.

When a first valve element 31 and a second valve element 71 are detached from a valve seat 24a and a valve seat 24b and a valve shaft holder 28 is inversely rotates, fluid flowing from a conduit 64 (A direction) via a fluid passage hole 22 to a main valve chest 21 flows from the valve seat 24a to an auxiliary valve chest 21a and then flows from the fluid passage hole 23a to a conduit 65 (B direction). When the valve shaft holder 28 is raised, the first valve element 31 is raised so that the second valve element 71 is detached from the valve seat 24b and the fluid flows from the auxiliary valve chest 21a to the fluid passage hole 23b to be lead in a flow conduit 65 (C direction). In cutting off the flow of the fluid, the valve shaft holder 28 is rotated. This constitution can feed and cut off the fluid to each of the two branched flow passages by one electrically operated valve.
