In the electric device, such as an air conditioning device 1 to effect heat exchange action of air flowing through an air flow passage through a heat exchange part 14 with a refrigerant circulated between a compressor 32 and heat exchange parts 14 and 34 in the heat exchange part 14, a refrigerator for business use, a freezer, a refrigeration and freezing showcase or the like, a carboxylic acid temperature stabilizing action body 21 formed by impregnating an air penetrating body formed of a net-form substance made of fibers or the like with carboxylic acid is provided, and air is caused to flow through the action body 21. Thus, a relation between temperature and humidity in the air flow passage 18 is regulated and stabilized. When cold action is applied on the air in a heat exchanger part, temperature is further lowered and when heating action is applied thereon, temperature is further increased.
