Abstract:

To provide an electrification sorting apparatus which can sort a constitutional material of a mixture with higher purity.

The mixture of a material piece A and a material piece B is charged with a frictional electrification sorting apparatus 2a of a material A, and then a first material to be sorted and a second material to be sorted are sorted from the mixture by the electric field between a counter electrode 41a, 42a. And thereafter, the second material to be sorted, which contains more material pieces B than the material piece A, is charged with a frictional electrification sorting material 2b of a material B, and then a third material to be sorted and the fourth material to be sorted are sorted from the second material to be sorted by the electric field between a counter electrode 41b, 42b. Two-step sorting is carried out for the mixture containing the material piece A and the material piece B, and also a material of a part having the electrification function of the first and the second electrification apparatus is selected according to the electrification property of a constituent material of the mixture. Accordingly, the highly-purified sorted material of the first and the second material is easily obtained as the electrification of the material piece A and the material piece B in the first and the second electrification apparatus is promoted. Therefore, the electrification sorting apparatus possible to sort the constituent material of the mixture with higher purity.
