Abstract:
PURPOSE: To recycle various electrifying members such as rollers for developing and electrifying which are used in an image forming device such as a copying machine without discarding them after they are used in a fixed term.
CONSTITUTION: By impressing voltage on this electrifying member, the surface of a body to be electrified is electrified. The electrifying member has multilayered structure 2b and 2f, and the surface layer 2f consists of a semiconductor tube, and the length of one end or both ends of the semiconductor tube of the surface layer 2f is set longer than that of the lower layer. One or more notches 21 are formed at the extended end of the semiconductor tube, and the surface layer 2f is peeled after the use and only the surface layer 2f is exchanged for a new one and utilized.
