Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the waste of power by electrically connecting each other both conduction means which have been provided on a panel side and on a vehicle side respectively, only when a dimming type sunroof panel is in the fully closed position, so that only at the time of fully closed condition, the panel can be functioned as a sunshade. CONSTITUTION:A sunroof glass 3 is formed by sandwiching an electric element such as a dispersion type liquid crystal sheet 23 between two sheets of glass plates. And a pair of terminals 35 for applying a positive or negative voltage to the liquid crystal sheet 23 are arranged on the end surface of the glass 3, and further these terminals 35 are connected to a connector 32 and a front stay 8 via a pair of lead wires 24 respectively. In addition, an electrification rail 28 is fixed to a guide rail 6, and further a brush 29 having a contact part 31, which is slidably in contact with the electrification rail 28, is fixed to the front stay 8. And, only when the glass 3 is fully closed, the brush 29 to which the connector 32 has been connected, the electrification rail 28, and the front stay 8 are connected to power supply terminals 36 via respective connectors 33.
