Abstract:
PURPOSE: To raise control precision by forming a control element in the shape of a plate and carrying out a control function by the front side surfaces of the control element. CONSTITUTION: A control element 7 is formed by a piezoelectric element in the shape of a plate. One end of the piezoelectric element 7 is fixed between two arms 57, 58 of a frame 8 by a fix screw 56. A control function is carried out by the broad side surfaces 60, 61 of the piezoelectric element 7. In this way, the load due to the pressure of the flowing media acts in a direction of Z and the counter action due to hydraulic pressure becomes less, therefore it is possible to raise control precision.
