Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optic device in which signals can be easily adjusted, without having to use a large-scale laser cut device and to provide an electronic equipment which uses the electro-optical device and a method of manufacturing the electro-optic device.
SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing a liquid crystal device 100, having a flexible wiring board 2 on which a line pattern is formed on a base film, a liquid crystal panel 1 to which the flexible wiring board 2 is connected, and a drive IC 5 mounted on the flexible wiring board 2, a signal adjusting part 26 having a plurality of signal adjusting wiring patterns 261 to 264 is formed on the flexible wiring board 2. A through-hole 201 to cut any of the signal adjusting wiring patterns 261 to 264 is formed in the flexible wiring board 2, based on the result when the liquid crystal panel 1 is driven so as to adjust the signals.
