The electro-optical device includes: a liquid crystal panel 33; a first sheet 161 and a second sheet 163 stuck to an incident plane 57 of the liquid crystal panel 33, straddling a side face of the liquid crystal panel 33 from the incident plane 57, and stuck to a light-emitting plane 59 of the liquid crystal panel 33; and a first film 165 and a second film 167 wrapping the first sheet 161 and the second sheet 163 from the outside of the first sheet 161 and the second sheet 163. A pixel region 79 is set on the liquid crystal panel 33, the first sheet 161 and the second sheet 163 is stuck to the liquid crystal panel 33 outside the pixel region 79 in plan view, and the first film 165 and the second film 167 wrap the first sheet 161 and the second sheet 163 outside the pixel region 79 in plan view.
