Abstract:
To provide an electro-optical device capable of suppressing a decrease in a resolution feeling perceived by a viewer and being down-sized.SOLUTION: An electro-optical device 100 includes light emitting elements 20b and light emitting elements 20d that are disposed at intervals of a first horizontal pitch h1 in an X1 direction within a first display area A11 out of a display area A10, light emitting elements 50b and light emitting elements 50c that are disposed at intervals of a second horizontal pitch h2, which is narrower than the first horizontal pitch h1, in the X1 direction within a second display area A12 located in the x1 direction of the first display area A11, a pixel circuit 30b that is associated with the light emitting elements 20b and causes the light emitting elements 20b to emit light during every vertical scanning period, a pixel circuit 30d that is associated with the light emitting elements 20d and causes the light emitting elements 20d to emit light during every vertical scanning period, and a pixel circuit 40b that is associated with the light emitting elements 50b and light emitting elements 50c and causes the light emitting elements 50b and light emitting elements 50c to emit light in a time-dividing manner during every vertical scanning period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
