PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optical device that has suppressed a reduction in display quality, a manufacturing method of an electro-optical device, and an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: An electro-optical device includes: a liquid crystal panel including an element substrate 51, an opposing substrate 52 that is arranged opposite to the element substrate 51 with sealant therebetween, and a liquid crystal layer enclosed into an area surrounded by the sealant; a first structure 41 that is arranged to be in contact with the element substrate; a second structure 42 that is arranged to be in contact with a surface of a second translucent plate 57 on the opposing substrate 52 side on the opposite side of the liquid crystal layer; and a mold 60 that is arranged between the first structure 41 and the second structure 42, where the mold 60 covers the outer periphery of the liquid crystal panel, and further covers an area overlapped with at least a part of the sealant on the surface of the second translucent plate 57 on the opposite side of the liquid crystal layer.
