Abstract:
To provide a substrate for an electro-optical device, an electro-optical device, and an electronic apparatus with which even when lenses are provided between switching elements and pixel electrodes, the pixel electrodes and relay electrodes can be properly electrically connected.SOLUTION: In an element substrate 10 (a substrate for an electro-optical device) of an electro-optical device 100, first lenses 14 are formed between a first substrate 19 and switching elements 30, and second lenses 15 are formed between the switching elements 30 and pixel electrodes 9a. The second lenses 15 include a concave surface 441 for a second lens concave on a surface of an interlayer insulating film 44, and a lens layer 150 for a second lens filled inside the concave surface 441 for a second lens. The interlayer insulating film 44 is provided with contact holes 44a electrically connecting the pixel electrodes 9a and switching elements 30 at positions not overlapping the concave surface 441 for a second lens in plan view.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
