To provide a new apparatus configuration for eliminating an obstacle with respect to miniaturizing, caused by a wiring structure concerning an input device and an electro-optic apparatus.

The electro-optic apparatus 200 with the input device includes; the input device 220 constituted to detect a position to be contacted on a front surface and to substantially transmit visible light; and the electro-optic apparatus 210 constituted to perform display to be visually recognized through the input device. The wiring route of the input device is conductively connected to the electro-optic apparatus. A conductive connection member 230 is arranged between the input device and the board 211 of the electro-optic apparatus 210, and mutually supports both of the device and apparatus.
