To eliminate the formation of a rough part and a thin hole on a plating cover film of a decoration surface of a vehicular wheel, so that the generation of so-called failed plating is prevented.

An electro-plating device for a vehicular wheel is provided with a plating tank storing a plating liquid; a wheel work sunk in the plating tank; and an anode member installed in the plating liquid, and constituted so that the wheel work is arranged in a horizontal state and the decoration surface is opposed to a bottom surface of the plating tank. Further, the decoration surface is in a vertical state or a downwardly directed state. As a result, a garbage in the plating liquid descended by a gravity force is hardly accumulated. If the electro-plating device for the vehicular wheel is used, the rough portion and the thin hole cannot be generated on the plating cover film of the decoration surface of the vehicular wheel, so that the generation of the so-called failed plating can be prevented.
