PURPOSE: To prepare electro-stencil master paper superior in flexibility capable of closely attaching to a cylinder and high in abrasion resistance, by using a film of a specified yield stress value.

CONSTITUTION: The yield stress of a film, such as polyvinylchloride film to undergo discharge breakdown is controlled by changing a king or an amount of plasticizer, such as epoxidated soybean oil, polymerization degree of a binder, kneading time length, or the like, and finally adjusted to 2.0 kg/mm2. Thereby, electro-stencil master paper is formed having flexibility capable of closely attaching to a cylinder and excellent abrasion resistance.
