In the electroacoustic transducer that is mounted on a board of various devices while its anode conduction section and its cathode conduction section are pressed into contact with an anode conduction section and a cathode conduction section of the board, arranging respectively the anode conduction section and the cathode conduction section to a prescribed position in a radiation direction including a core center position eliminates the orientation in a circumferential direction.
