Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the number of components and to simplify assembling by forming integrally a housing main body in which a speaker unit is contained and supported and a code bushing through which an external connection cord is penetrated with an elastic synthetic resin.
CONSTITUTION: An earphone consists of the speaker unit 1 a housing 40 forming integrally, the housing main body 41 accommodating and supporting the speaker unit 1 and the cord bushing 42 through which the external connection cord 5 led out of the speaker unit 1 is penetrated. The housing 40 is formed by molding a synthetic resin having sufficiently large elasticity such as ethylene- vinylacetate having 80° rubber hardness.
