Abstract:
To provide an electrochemical cell capable of increasing electrode performance, a gas recovery system equipped with the electrochemical cell, and a method of manufacturing the electrochemical cell.SOLUTION: Provided is an electrochemical cell that includes a working electrode 130 and a counter electrode 140, wherein a voltage is applied between the working electrode 130 and the counter electrode 140 such that electrons are supplied from the counter electrode 140 to the working electrode 130, and the working electrode 130 captures a target species while electrons being supplied. An electrode film 142 of at least one of the working electrode 130 and the counter electrode 140 has an active material 143, a conductive aid 144 and a binder 145. At least a part of the active material 143 is contained as an agglomerate in the electrode film 142, and the maximum diameter of the aggregate is less than or equal to 10 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
