The electrochemical device include: a magnetic ion liquid and a magnetic substance that can hold the magnetic ion liquid to a predetermined position and/or can move the ion liquid from the predetermined position by magnetic attraction. The electric apparatus includes the electrochemical device. The method for separating and collecting the magnetic ion liquid separates and collects the magnetic ion liquid from the composite with the magnetic ion liquid and a non-magnetic substance by the magnetic attraction of the magnetic substance.
