Abstract:
To provide an electrochemical device excellent in connection reliability with external terminal, and capable of improving life.SOLUTION: An electrochemical device has an element body 10 laminating a pair of internal electrodes so as to sandwich a separator layer, an exterior sheet 4 covering the element body 10, seal portions 40, 42 for sealing the peripheral part of the exterior sheet so that the element body 10 is impregnated with electrolytic solution, lead terminals 18, 28 led out from the seal portions 40, 42 of the exterior sheet 4 to the outside, and support tubs 4f1, 4f2 provided in the exterior sheet 4 and holding the tips of the lead terminals 18, 28. Between the lead terminal and the support tub, an insulation pedestal sheet 60 is attached, the insulation pedestal sheet 60 has a multilayer laminate structure including an intermediate layer, a surface layer and a backside layer, and the fusing-point of resin composing the intermediate layer of the insulation pedestal sheet 60 is higher than the fusing-point of resin composing the seal portions 40, 42 at the position where the lead terminal is led out.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2B
