Abstract:
To suppress deterioration of the performance of an electrochemical reaction cell stack caused by the displacement difference between a frame member and a single cell.SOLUTION: An electrochemical reaction cell stack includes a single cell, a frame member having a frame through-hole formed therein, a separator for separating an air chamber and a fuel chamber from each other, a through-hole peripheral portion surrounding a separator through-hole of the separator being joined to the single cell, and a peripheral edge portion of the separator being joined to the frame member, and a pair of end members. In the end member is formed a space that opens to the single cell side and has a contour line which involves the single cell when viewed in a first directional in which an air electrode and a fuel electrode face each other. The separator includes an inner portion containing the through-hole peripheral portion, an outer portion located to be nearer to an outer peripheral side than the inner portion, and a connection portion which connects the inner portion and the outer portion and protrudes to one side in the first direction with respect to the inner portion and the outer portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
