Abstract:
To suppress the performance worsening of an electrochemical reaction single cell caused by the air electrode poisoning by a contaminant without providing another member in addition to an air electrode.SOLUTION: An electrochemical reaction single cell comprises an electrolyte layer, and an air electrode and a fuel electrode which are opposed to each other in a first direction with the electrolyte layer located therebetween. The air electrode contains a perovskite type oxide represented by ABO3. In the air electrode, at least one section in parallel with the first direction has a region of a size of 10 μm×10 μm where there are 25 or more parts composed of a part of pores and having a width of 0.05 μm or smaller and a length of 0.1 μm or larger.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
