Abstract:

To provide a non-liquid proton conductive film which is usable in an electrochemical system under circumferential conditions.

An electrochemical system 10 comprises a positive electrode plate 12, a negative electrode plate 14, and a non-liquid proton conductive film 16 positioned between the positive electrode plate 12 and the negative electrode plate 14, so electric contact is formed between the positive electrode plate 12 and the negative electrode plate 14 through the non-liquid proton conductive film 16. The non-liquid proton conductive film 16 includes matrix polymer which can be dissolved in first solvent, and acid polymer which can be dissolved in the first solvent, and as the matrix polymer, the one to expand the non-liquid proton conductive film 16 when the non-liquid proton conductive film 16 gets in contact with second solvent to improve electric contact as a result is selected.
