Abstract:
To provide an electrochromic light control element preventing oxygen, moisture and so on in the air from permeating the inside thereof, having a sealing material containing no oligomer, being excellent in long-term durability and having high reliability.
The electrochromic light control element comprises a sealing material, to seal in an electrolyte material 16 inserted between two substrates 11, 12, which is provided with an inside primary seal 19 composed of a thermoplastic sealing material containing polyisobutylene and an outside secondary seal 20 composed of a curable polyisobutylene type sealing material.
