The composition consists essentially of the electroconductive polymer and a fluorinated alcohol. The composition contains a part in which the electroconductive polymer is dispersed and/or dissolved in the fluorinated alcohol. The composition preferably consists essentially of the electroconductive polymer and the fluorinated alcohol and the composition in which at least a part of the electroconductive polymer is dissolved in the fluorinated alcohol is more preferable.
