Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid dispersion of an electroconductive polymer/polyanion-based complex capable of forming a membrane (for example, a hole injection layer) that indicates high total light transmittance, small surface roughness, and excellent heat resistance.SOLUTION: A fluid dispersion of an electroconductive polymer complex contains π-conjugated electroconductive polymer and polyanion. Part or all of the polyanion in the complex is neutralized by either a nitrogen-containing heteroaromatic compound or amine having hydroxyl, and has a pH of 7 or less when a solid content concentration is 1.5 mass%.
