To provide an electroconductive glass lining to which static electricity is less liable to charge, and which has resistance to dielectric breakdown caused by electrostatic discharge, and whose quality control is simple, and to provide a structure composed of the electroconductive glass lining.
An electroconductive GL (glass lining) composed of at least three glass lining layers of: a lower glass lining layer fired without adding an electroconductive substance to glass frit; an upper ordinary glass lining layer; and an upper electroconductive glass lining layer fired by adding an electroconductive substance to glass frit is produced. Compared with the conventional all layer electroconductive GL, its discharge resistance is high, and its antistatic effect is also equal. Further, at the time when primary inspection is performed before the formation of the electroconductive GL layer as the outermost surface layer, the generation of pinholes can be inspected by a discharge test, thus the quality of its quality control can be improved as well.
