Title:
ELECTROCONDUCTIVE INK
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2011246498
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide an electroconductive ink that enables formation of a highly fine electrode circuit pattern by a screen printing method and exhibits good electroconductivity and excellent adhesion.

The electroconductive ink comprises: an electroconductive particle having a tap density of 1.0-10.0 (g/cm3), a D50 particle size of 0.3-5 μm and a BET specific surface area of 0.3-5.0 m2/g; a binder resin having a number-average molecular weight (Mn) of 10,000-300,000 and a hydroxy value of 2-300 (mgKOH/g) and/or an acid value of at most 20 (mgKOH/g); and a metal chelate. The electroconductive ink further has a storage modulus G' of 5,000-50,000 (Pa) at 25°C at a frequency of 1 (Hz) and a vibrating stress of 50 (pa), and a tanδ, a value obtained by dividing a loss elastic modulus G" by the storage modulus G' of at most 1.
