To obtain an electroconductive non-foaming polyurethane resin composition having excellent electroconductivity, circumstance dependency, durability, and voltage dependency, an electroconductive non-foaming polyurethane molded article from the composition, and an electroconductive non-foaming roll or belt from the molded molded article.

The electroconductive non-foaming polyurethane resin composition comprises an isocyanate group-containing compound, an active hydrogen-containing compound, and an additive, wherein potassium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide is used as an additive, and carbon black is also used when necessary. It is preferable to use a polyether polyol as an active hydrogen-containing compound.
