Abstract:
To effectively utilize a battery surface, and reduce processes for installation of an electrode to a terminal.
Active material filler is filled in a three-dimensional porous metal base body of foamed nickel or the like, an electrode structure is composed of a main body part in which active material filler is filled, and a lug part 6 in which the three-dimensional porous metal base body narrower than the main body part is exposed, and a battery is composed using this electrode 5. In the ease of using an intermediate lead, its thickness is set at 0.08 mm or less.
