Abstract:
To increase binding strength of a mixture layer extending in a boundary region.SOLUTION: An electrode sheet 35 in an electrode body 10 includes a base material 36 to become a current collector 31, and a mixture material layer 50 formed by applying a mixture material paste 37 containing an electrode active material on this base material 36. The electrode sheet 35 includes an insulating layer 60 formed by applying an insulating paste 61 containing an insulating material on the base material 36 adjacent to the mixture material layer 50. In a border region α between the mixture material layer 50x and the insulating layer 60x, the mixture material layer 50x overlaps and extends over the insulating layer 60x covering a surface 36s of the base material 36. Additionally, in the overlapping range β0 between the insulating layer 60x and the mixture material layer 50x, the electrode sheet 35 includes a mixed layer 65 formed between the insulating layer 60x and the mixture material layer 50x by mixing of the mixture material paste 37 and the insulating paste 61. This mixed layer 65 is formed in the range where the insulating layer 60x covers the surface 36s of the base material 36.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
